Individual and group coaching: A
process of raising awareness, increasing accountability, and focusing
action to achieve targeted results while on the job. Coaches meet regularly
with individuals or groups, and prompt them to use talents, develop competencies,
and take focused and effective action to succeed at work.
Training with follow-up coaching:
We shorten programs by quickly moving people beyond knowledge into action.
Typical training programs may raise awareness, but don't hold participants
accountable or give them the chance to practice in real situations. We
enable them to take the actions in real situations that translate into
superior performance.
Organizational development: We use
the Partner System
to help people succeed in their organizations. During individual sessions,
coaches uncover organizational structures that support and hinder employees.
While maintaining the confidentiality of each individual, we share common
issues and trends with management. Leaders act on this information to remove
