Adding Value to E-learning

E-learning is here.
It's replacing the classroom as the preferred medium for training.

It's infinitely scalable and easy to standardize. But for teaching "soft skills," e-learning works about as well as giving everyone a book on how to communicate better. Interesting information, but ineffective at helping people actually improve.

How can Learning and Development leaders leverage e-learning to increase their impact on the growth and development of their employees?

The morning will begin with breakfast at 8:30. At 9:00 Peter Bregman will summarize the presentation he delivered at the Corporate Coaching 2000 conference in Toronto about adding value to e-learning. He will then facilitate a discussion in which participants can share experiences and insights.
