Change Rules: How to Blend Consulting and Coaching and Let Your Clients
Drive
Session Description
Most change management initiatives fail because they are based either
in consultant-led structure change or training-driven behavior change.
People work around new structures, and training doesn't change behaviors.
Consultative Coaching successfully changes behavior and structure simultaneously:
- Identify desired outcomes, and behaviors that
will achieve them.
- Coach everyone in the organization on those
behaviors.
- Learn from them structural obstacles to their
success.
- Remove obstacles.
- Assess results and repeat.
Benefits Participants will learn:
- How to successfully change behavior without
relying on training programs.
- How to change structures based on the needs of
the people, not the theories of the consultants.
- How to set up and implement a program that helps people and organizations
really change.
