Change Rules: How to Blend Consulting and Coaching and Let Your Clients Drive

Session Description
Most change management initiatives fail because they are based either in consultant-led structure change or training-driven behavior change. People work around new structures, and training doesn't change behaviors.

Consultative Coaching successfully changes behavior and structure simultaneously:

  • Identify desired outcomes, and behaviors that will achieve them.
  • Coach everyone in the organization on those behaviors.
  • Learn from them structural obstacles to their success.
  • Remove obstacles.
  • Assess results and repeat.

Benefits Participants will learn:

  • How to successfully change behavior without relying on training programs.
  • How to change structures based on the needs of the people, not the theories of the consultants.
  • How to set up and implement a program that helps people and organizations really change.
