Using Coaching to Expedite Large Scale Change Peter Bregman shares his experiences in planning and rolling out an organizational coaching initiative involving 2000 people in the IT division of a large Wall Street financial services firm. While most change programs rely on convincing or leading people to change, coaching allows people to choose change. Yet while traditional coaching deals with the behavior of an individual within the system, organizational coaching must encompass the entire system.
