Many fast-growing, internet and dot.com companies unknowingly create
managerial systems that act as obstacles to their success. Identifying
and maturing those systems is critical to maintaining excellence as
you grow. This Bregman Partners roundtable is an opportunity for leaders
to network with colleagues, share experiences, and learn some ways to
prevent tripping over start-up systems as their companies grow.
The morning begins with breakfast at 10:00. At 10:30 Bregman Partners
will provide a short presentation on the key "legacy systems" that need
to change as an organization grows. We then facilitate a discussion
in which participants can share experiences and insights.
