COACH - "EMPATHETIC DRIVER" The Coaches at Bregman Partners, Inc. are insightful professionals who succeed by listening, understanding and responding in a way that will help people to take the necessary actions to achieve their goals. Our Coaches have a minimum of 3 years of experience coaching, and at least two years of experience in a corporate environment. Coach Training is preferred but not crucial. Our Coaches are masterful listeners, and adept with language. They are strong conceptual thinkers and can generate the exact right metaphor that will shift the client’s perspective; they are also strong analytical thinkers who can break large concepts down to their essential parts for examinations and reframing. Our Coaches build relationships rapidly by establishing common ground and by making the mutual objectives crystal clear. Bregman Partners’ Coaches naturally view the client with unconditional positive regard at all times. They respect the client’s agenda and limitations and know how much to ask for. They create a powerful relationship by maintaining a constant focus on the needs and goals of the client.
