Our consultants build relationships with clients by listening, understanding and maintaining a client-service orientation. They are eager, insightful professionals who convey their expertise clearly and concisely.

Our Consultants have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in and consulting in large organizations. Some Consultants have advanced degrees in Organizational Development or Business, though some simply have strong work experience. They are clear, easy to understand (i.e.speak in jargon-free language). They naturally engage in strategic thinking and are able to express concepts quickly and directly. Our Consultants have considerable expertise in areas such as Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Behavior, Systems Behavior, Management, Organizational and Behavioral Assessment, Communication, Leadership. Our Consultants are linguistically agile, write well and adapt to the language of whatever culture they are working in with ease and finesse. Bregman Partners’ Consultants adapt quickly to their environments, absorb large quantities of data, learn rapidly, and apply new knowledge immediately. Finally Bregman Partners’ Consultants are flexible, adaptable and fun; they know themselves well and they don’t take themselves too seriously.

Bregman Partners Senior Consultants are masterful advisors who inspire trust and loyalty with our clients. They do this by being experts in their field, and listening extraordinarily well to our clients. They have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, and often a background of success and seniority in another field (Law, HR, Academia, Business, Management). They are mature and personally developed enough to be able to check their ego at the door and understand that being right isn't always the point.
