PROJECT MANAGER - "GOAL-ORIENTED ORGANIZER" The Project Managers at Bregman Partners, Inc. are experienced professionals who take ownership for their projects. They have at least 3 years of corporate experience with significant experience making tough decisions and having difficult conversations with consultants. Our Project Managers build strong relationships with our clients by partnering with them to identify and meet goals. They are able to identify and work with discrete needs of varying levels of seniority. They partner with a variety of Consultants and outside vendors and are able to maintain a unified team with a spirit of fun and candor. Our Project Managers are extremely personable and are able to inspire others to action. They are detail-oriented, bright, articulate individuals who take full responsibility for "getting the job done" on budget and on time. Our Senior Program Managers have a keen understanding of the vision of the project and the needs of the client culture. They are able to adjust design to suit new information constantly. They have a deep understanding of each individual on their team and know how to communicate to suit each one. They have a unique ability to grasp the scope of a program while also understanding all of the process detail that a program entails. They must be strong analytical, conceptual and systems thinkers with deep experience from which to draw. |
