At least 3 years of platform experience is common for our Trainers. They have a keen awareness of their personal style and how it affects individuals with vastly different personalities and learning styles. Their antennae for group dynamics are well-developed and they are comfortable navigating potentially difficult situations. They can accommodate small and large group processes. They have a comfort level with technical aspects of training from structuring an exercise to speaking through a slide presentation. They are flexible and are able to adapt to groups’ needs instantly. Our Trainers listen to their audience and use illustrative examples drawn from experience that are audience appropriate. They succeed by communicating the goals of their training clearly, pacing the points to their audience comfort level and by keeping their eye on the objectives at all times. They are able to inspire their groups to participate and contribute while conveying their expertise. They are confident, energetic and lead by maintaining a respectful relaxed presence. Our Senior Trainers are experts in their field, have design their own trainings, and have a minimum of 5 years experience. They can go toe-to-toe with senior clients and handle resistance or confrontation with aplomb. They have experience and maturity that inspires trust and confidence. |
